Job Overview

Mission: Establish a CS department committed to solving essential decarbonization challenges while building continuous relationships with customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create mechanisms to improve CX for all customers using our CO2 emission visualization and decarbonization SaaS "Asuene"
  • Manage and operate events and content production for customer community activation
  • Improve processes related to implementation and adoption
  • Plan and verify effectiveness of measures using usage data
  • Develop and verify measures to reduce cancellation rates
  • Create mechanisms for collecting VOC for product improvement and system reflection
  • Promote CRM utilization for CX improvement

Requirements

Essential Skills: Either of the following experiences:

  • Customer success experience in a B2B SaaS company (2+ years)
  • Business planning or sales planning experience in a business company (3+ years)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in launching a customer success organization
  • Management experience in a customer success organization
  • Implementation consultant experience in IT companies or IT consulting experience
  • Experience in strategy/measure planning and execution in business departments
  • Digital content creation experience using Premiere Pro / Illustrator

Desired Personality:

  • Able to act autonomously
  • Experience in committing to goal achievement
  • Eager to absorb and output new knowledge and matters

Position: Sales Department - Customer Success (Planning Position) Employment Type: Full-time employee Salary: 4,500,000 to 10,000,000 yen per year *Determined according to the salary range for each grade based on the company's regulations, considering experience and ability *Salary revisions are generally twice a year
