Job Overview

Job Responsibilities: Support new international clients (English communication expected) in implementing and maximizing the use of our CO2 emission visualization and decarbonization cloud service "ASUENE" and supply chain ESG evaluation cloud service "ASUENE ESG". Tasks include:

  • Designing and executing onboarding processes (from implementation to establishment)
  • Planning and designing initiatives for implementation and establishment
  • Utilizing usage data to plan and execute strategies
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce churn rate
  • Collecting customer feedback on products and services
  • Providing feedback for internal product development

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • English proficiency: Fluent or above

At least one of the following experiences:

  • Customer success experience in a B2B SaaS company (2+ years)
  • Experience in building long-term relationships with enterprise clients through existing sales channels (2+ years)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in launching a customer success organization
  • Management experience in a customer success organization
  • Implementation consultant experience in IT companies or IT consulting experience

Desired Qualities:

  • Ability to work proactively with hypotheses in environments without clear answers
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Experience in committing to and achieving goals
  • Eagerness to absorb and output new knowledge and information
