Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Footprint Management Functional
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Control Tower SCT.
- Experience with integration of SAP Control Tower SCT into enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to custom software development within SAP ecosystems.
- Ability to optimize performance and scalability of software components.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern software frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Control Tower SCT.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
