Job Overview
Main responsibilities: You will be responsible for the company's internal audits and J-SOX evaluations. Our internal audit style aims to bring high-value new discoveries to management and each executive department, rather than just following the previous year's approach or checking compliance with regulations. We focus on evaluating corporate risks and business processes based on management issues, and work with business departments to consider specific business operations and mechanisms to control identified problems, supporting from a company-wide perspective.
Duties:
- Planning, constructing, and implementing internal audit plans and J-SOX
- Conducting internal audit reporting, corrective guidance, and improvement after implementing a series of cycles
- Creating and revising various regulations and manuals
- Constructing approval application flows and other internal management system construction work necessary for IPO preparation
- Follow-up on improvements for audited departments
- Implementing communication with auditors and audit firms as part of the three-pronged audit approach
- Other clerical work related to internal audit operations
Requirements
Required Skills: Experience in any of the following (either in a business company or consulting firm):
- Internal audit or J-SOX evaluation experience
- Consulting experience related to corporate risk or internal control
- System or security audit experience
Preferred Skills:
- Work experience in startups/venture companies
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS
- Experience in security assessments
- IT engineer experience
- Consulting experience at an IT consulting firm
- Accounting audit experience
- Incident/accident response experience
- Experience using English in business
