Job Overview
The General Affairs Department of Asuene aims to promote business growth and organizational structure from the perspective of the Corporate Division. Starting with daily general affairs tasks, this position allows for career advancement as a core member of the administrative department.
Main Responsibilities:
- General daily administrative tasks
- Developing internal rules
- Office and facility management
- Issuing documents (employment certificates, resignation certificates, etc.)
- Purchasing and inventory management (office supplies, daily necessities, business cards, etc.)
- Reviewing and proposing employee benefits
- Travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, overseas travel insurance)
- Other general administrative tasks
Future Responsibilities:
- Developing internal regulations
- Assisting with minutes for various meetings (board meetings, shareholders' meetings)
- Establishing internal governance and compliance systems
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- At least one year of experience in sales administration or general affairs
- High proficiency in IT software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills:
- Cross-functional general affairs experience in startups/venture companies
- Experience in IPO preparation at a startup that went public in the growth market within the last 3-5 years
