Job Overview
Our rapidly growing startup is seeking a General Affairs Manager to support our expanding organization. This key position will be responsible for general administrative duties and will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's foundation. We are looking for someone who can grow with us while handling a wide range of responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall general affairs and administrative duties (document management, equipment management, office environment maintenance, etc.)
- Formulation and revision of internal regulations
- Corporate governance operations (anti-social forces checks, etc.)
- Assistance in management and operation of Companies Act-related tasks
- Support for labor management and HR-related tasks
- Assistance in organizing board meetings and shareholders' meetings
- Other general administrative tasks
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Practical experience in general affairs or legal affairs (3+ years)
- Communication skills and coordination ability
- Ability to proactively drive tasks forward
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
- Work experience in startups/venture companies
- Qualifications (Administrative Scrivener, Certified Social Insurance Labor Consultant, etc.)
- Business-level English skills
