Job Overview

Main responsibilities:

• Daily financial and accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures for domestic and overseas offices
• Preparation and filing of corporate tax returns
• Handling audits and reviews by auditing firms
• Preparation of disclosure documents required for IPO preparation, such as Part I, securities registration statements, and various explanatory materials
• Responding to examinations by lead securities companies and stock exchanges
• Creation of business plans and medium-term management plans, analysis and review of actual results against plans

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Accounting experience in a listed company or in IPO preparation phase (N-1 or later)
• Experience using cloud accounting systems
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in setting and achieving goals, proposing and implementing new systems in accounting and finance
• Ability to think and act independently, executing tasks with a sense of urgency

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IPO preparation work at a startup that achieved IPO on the Mothers market within the last 3-5 years
• Knowledge of SaaS
