Job Description
Working with the head of the technical organization, you will be responsible for expanding and growing the product development organization that supports Asuene's business growth, focusing on engineer recruitment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of strategies for candidate pool formation
- Analysis of recruitment needs, requirement definition, and JD creation
- Negotiation with candidates
- Reporting and analysis of various recruitment-related metrics, and implementing improvements based on these
- Discussing recruitment plans with CxO/VP/MGR
- Planning and execution of recruitment PR initiatives and community management
Tools Used:
- Documents: Google Workspace, Google Spreadsheet, Google Slide, Google Docs
- Chat: Slack
- Task Management: Notion
- Meeting Tools: Zoom, Google Meet
- ATS: HRMOS
Requirements
Essential Skills:
At least 2 years of experience in one of the following:
- Experience in providing engineer-related services as a sales representative in a human resources company (recruitment, job advertising, SES, temporary staffing, etc.)
- Experience in planning and executing candidate pool formation strategies for engineer recruitment as HR in a business company
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruiting Web engineers
- Experience as a recruitment manager in the SaaS industry
- Experience in designing recruitment strategies and processes
- Practical experience as an engineer
