Located at Hastings, the Consumer Service Representative role will answer all critical business front line queries and complaints and be professional and discreet while representing the company to all external consumers. Ensuring consumer satisfaction and that timelines are met is a key component of this role.
Also performing assigned tasks in accordance with all Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls, e-mails and mail
- Escalate calls to correct people within the business
- Be able to follow procedures when dealing with inappropriate consumers
- Provide support to QA
- Pursue self-improvement skills and attending training where necessary
About you:
- Call centre experience is highly regarded
- Mature outlook, so can assess callers and situations whilst live on a call
- Be able to deal with pressure/deadlines and aggressive callers
- Touch typist 50 wpm
- Be a great, resilient team player
