Why this role matters?

As a Consultant Graphic Designer, you will support ERM's global consulting delivery by creating engaging visual communications that bring complex and topics to life. Working within ERM Marketing & Communications Agency (MCA), you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across regions to develop impactful design solutions for reports, campaigns, websites, digital dashboards, materials, and branding initiatives. This role is critical to delivering high-quality visual storytelling that enhances client communications, strengthens , and supports ERM's global delivery model.

What your impact is?

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality visual communications that help clients clearly communicate strategies, performance, and impact across reports, digital platforms, branding initiatives, and stakeholder communications.

  • Transform complex technical and -related information into compelling visual stories that enhance audience understanding and engagement.

  • Contribute to the successful execution of creative projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining high design standards, brand consistency, and attention to detail.

  • Collaborate effectively with creative directors, consultants, copywriters, developers, project managers, and client teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.

  • Support innovation within the design team by applying emerging design trends, digital tools, and creative technologies to improve client outcomes and user experiences.

  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering projects on time, meeting quality expectations, and supporting ERM MCA's reputation for excellence in communications.

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/visual communications (or equivalent).

  • Recent graphic design graduate to four years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).

  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing print, interactive, and branding work.

  • Previous work in multi-page document and editorial layout design (annual/ reports, books, brochures, magazines, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of typography and page layout.

  • Attention to detail and proven commitment to quality control, including maintaining file hygiene.

  • Proficient in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

  • Solid understanding of UX/UI design for digital experiences.

  • Knowledge of CSS and HTML.

  • Self-motivated individual with personal initiative, a flexible attitude, and the ability to multi-task and work with shifting deadlines.

  • Able to work extended hours when necessary.

  • A curious mind that loves learning new skills, and exploring bold new approaches in design, marketing, and communications.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, tact, and assertiveness as well as the ability to manage up and communicate well.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Open to input, feedback, and collaboration with colleagues and fellow creatives.

  • Provide graphic design support on creative campaigns and promotional materials, client communications, including reports, websites, identity systems, materials, digital dashboards, proposals, and presentations.

  • Consult with client teams and directly with clients on creative, engaging ways to leverage communications in the digital space.

  • Build strong and trusted relationships internally and externally.

  • Research and report on design and market trends to the team and ERM’s Visual Communication Design technical community.

  • Stay current on creative tools, methods, and best practices for graphic design.
