Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting risk analyses and safety audits in various work environments
  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies that comply with legal requirements
  • Advising and training employees and managers on topics such as occupational safety, accident prevention, and health management
  • Supporting the investigation of accidents and incidents in the workplace and developing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future
  • Evaluating and optimizing work processes and procedures with regard to safety and health
  • Regular domestic travel for direct support and consultation with our clients on-site

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree in a relevant field such as safety management, environmental sciences, or engineering
  • Additional certifications in occupational safety are advantageous
  • Proven experience in occupational safety, ideally with a focus on construction site safety
  • Solid understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in occupational safety and health protection
  • Qualification as an occupational safety specialist, fire protection officer, or SiGeko
  • Ideally, further relevant qualifications in the areas of hazardous substances, fire protection, machine safety, or similar
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly
