Job Overview

This position involves establishing secure management structures and efficient maintenance processes for Asuene's products. We primarily use AWS for infrastructure construction and operate multiple applications under a multi-product strategy. You will work in cooperation with agile application development teams to handle infrastructure-related tasks.

Specific duties:

• Infrastructure requirements definition, design, and development for product development
• Design, construction, and improvement of build and deploy infrastructure
• Product maintenance including monitoring design/operation, software updates, and security fixes
• Proposing updates based on business scale (monitoring improvements, container & DB tuning, security enhancements, IaC improvements, etc.)
• Management and optimization of infrastructure and operational costs

About the development team:

• Kanban operation using Notion
• Small-scale, high-frequency releases based on Agile philosophy
• Weekly retrospectives

Requirements

Essential skills:

• Practical experience as a Solution Architect or Infrastructure Architect
• Experience in developing medium to large-scale online systems leveraging AWS Managed Services
• Fluent Japanese language skills

Preferred skills:

• Experience in implementing infrastructure based on Multi-Region and Multi-Tenancy
• Track record of achieving high availability and resource efficiency in infrastructure
• Experience in building highly available and productive architectures using Managed Services
• Achievement in system automation and process systematization/efficiency
• Solid knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Monitoring, and Alerting methodologies and technologies
• Experience in presenting and making technical proposals to groups with different backgrounds, adjusting to their technical levels
