Job Description

You will join the equity management team of 10 people at Mirova. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Ensuring commercial development of funds and customer support by communicating the investment philosophy and process of the thematic team to sales forces, customers, consultants, and prospects
• Contributing to the creation of communication content on investment strategies, drafting tenders, press articles, and ensuring competitive follow-up
• Being a driving force in business development and retention initiatives
• Participating in investment committees
• Dialoguing and interacting effectively with your environment (colleagues, ESG analysts, sales teams, RFP, marketing)

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• MBA or Master's in Finance
• More than 10 years of experience in product specialist positions, ideally with knowledge of thematic management
• Familiarity with sustainability topics and ESG management
• Excellent relationship skills and very good listening ability
• Rigorous and good communicator with strong writing skills
• English proficiency at C1 level (Spanish is a plus)
• French language proficiency
