Job Overview: The Client Engagement Coordinator plays a critical client-facing role, providing essential support to management, technical staff, clients, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills, capable of managing multiple detailed processes simultaneously in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for new customer inquiries via email, phone, and website
  • Inquiry Coordination: Coordinate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the development and submission of proposals for customers and RFPs
  • Customer Onboarding: Manage the collection and organization of initial customer information

Other Responsibilities:

  • Contracting Support: Collaborate with Project Coordinator
  • Template Development: Create and refine templates for proposals
  • Data Management: Perform data entry and maintain project management software (Zoho)
  • Special Projects: Undertake specialized projects as assigned
  • Some travel required

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or client-facing role
  • Experience with RFPs, proposal drafting, customer service
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Spanish language proficiency
