Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the realization of management strategies. This position involves frequent communication with management, allowing you to actively participate in addressing management issues and experience dynamic, fast-paced decision-making firsthand.

Specific Responsibilities

• Business planning (formulation of medium to long-term management goals/strategies, budget management and analysis, new business promotion)
• New business development, launch, research, sales, partner sales, and overall system creation
• Creation of external documents (for investors, sales, etc.) and documentation

Requirements

Essential Skills

• University or graduate degree
• Business-level English proficiency
• Experience in one of the following:
  • Practical experience in corporate planning/business development or planning departments in a business company (guideline: 3+ years)
  • Work experience at a strategy/management consulting firm or investment bank (guideline: 3+ years)

Additional Information

• Work hours: 09:00-18:00 (8 working hours with 1-hour break)
• Overtime: Available (45 hours deemed overtime)
• Work style: Primarily office-based with some remote work possibilities depending on position and conditions
• Holidays: Complete two-day weekends (Sat-Sun), national holidays, New Year's holidays (Dec 29-Jan 3), special leave
