Job description

Job Overview

This is a crucial position that supports the realization of management strategies through domestic and international M&A. With frequent communication with management, you can actively participate in management issues and dynamically experience speedy management decisions.

Specific job responsibilities:

  • Discovering opportunities (market and business analysis, proposing capital and business alliances)
  • Execution tasks (structuring, due diligence, valuation, documentation)
  • Creating mechanisms for process and investment decision-making, KPI management, and improvement
  • PMI (formulating and promoting policies and plans, realizing synergies, secondment to investee companies, etc.)

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Meeting one of the following criteria:
    • Practical experience in business development and M&A at a general trading company (guideline: 3+ years)
    • Work experience in investment banking/financial institutions/PE funds/strategic consulting firms/M&A brokerage (guideline: 3+ years)
    • Practical experience in corporate planning/business development and M&A at a business company (guideline: 3+ years)
  • University graduate or higher

Preferred Skills:

  • Practical experience in M&A in general (formulation and execution of M&A strategies, sourcing, valuation, execution, PMI)
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Empathy with ASUENE's mission, vision, and values
  • Ability to act autonomously, eagerly absorb and output new knowledge and matters
  • Experience of strongly committing to achieving goals
