Job Overview

As an APAC sales representative, you will be responsible for the 0 to 1 phase of Asuene's expansion into Asia.

Specific Duties

• Sales activities in the APAC region, centered on Singapore (IS, FS)
• Building B2B sales systems
• KPI analysis
• Identifying and implementing improvement measures
• Creating and standardizing sales materials
• Team member development

Structure

Currently, there are 3 employees in the Singapore corporation, with plans for expansion. This position involves APAC sales either based in Singapore or Japan (with business trips).

Requirements

Essential Skills

• University or graduate degree
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• Experience in Inside Sales and Field Sales (Playing MGR)
• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 800 (conversational level or higher)
• Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency

Preferred Skills

• Business-level or higher English proficiency
• Chinese language skills
• Experience with overseas assignments or international business
