Job Summary

• Business strategy and planning (formulation of medium to long-term management goals/strategies, budget management/analysis, new business promotion)
• Competitive analysis of overseas/Japanese markets, strategy formulation and implementation system development
• Creation of external materials (for investors, sales, etc.)
• Establishment and documentation of internal rules and approval systems
• Accompanying CEO on overseas business trips

Requirements

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in one of the following:
  • Experience in strategy/management consulting firms or investment banks
  • Experience in foreign financial institutions or PE funds with a desire to create management systems
  • Overseas work experience or business development experience in general trading companies
• Business-level English proficiency

Additional Information

• Working hours: 09:00-18:00 (8 working hours, 1 hour break)
• Overtime: Applicable (45 hours deemed overtime)
• Work style: Primarily office-based (some remote work possible depending on position and conditions)
• Holidays: Complete two-day weekends (Sat-Sun), national holidays, New Year's holidays (Dec 29-Jan 3), special leave
