Job Overview

We are recruiting for a position responsible for launching a new business, the Academy business, which is one of Asuene's new ventures.

Specific job responsibilities:

• Business strategy and planning (Formulation of medium to long-term management goals/strategies, budget management and analysis, new business promotion)
• Competitor analysis (domestic and international), strategy formulation and implementation system development
• Creation of external materials (for investors, sales, etc.)

Mission of the Academy Business: To increase the number of GX (Green Transformation) professionals and solve issues related to decarbonization efforts.

~ What is GX? ~ GX stands for Green Transformation, which refers to the transformation of economic and social systems by reducing CO2 emissions (the main cause of global warming) and transitioning to renewable energy, leading to growth.

~ Why GX professionals are needed ~ Many Japanese companies have positioned decarbonization efforts as one of their most important agendas, and are proceeding with corporate governance code revisions, responding to international initiatives, and considering visualization and reduction measures for GHG emissions. However, in reality, many companies are forced to proceed with a high dependence on external partners due to rapid changes in the business environment, and only a few companies are able to connect these efforts to growth opportunities. To connect to growth, we believe that the most important mission is to increase the number of GX professionals who can implement timely measures with a sense of speed and solve social issues.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• University or graduate degree
• Practical experience in corporate planning/business development or planning departments in a company (guideline: 3+ years)
• Experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in building stories to solve client issues and incorporating them into proposal materials
• Enthusiasm for developing GX professionals

Preferred Skills:

• Sales experience
