Asuene's Business

• "Asuene": Cloud service for visualizing, reducing, and reporting CO2 emissions
• "Asuene ESG": Cloud service for ESG evaluation for sustainable supply chain procurement
• "Carbon EX": Carbon credit and emission rights exchange

We support the realization of a decarbonized society through services such as "Asuene" that reduce corporate workload and visualize CO2 emissions. In September 2022, we raised 2.5 billion yen, and in November 2022, we established our first overseas subsidiary, Asuene APAC Pte. Job Description

Overall development in backend and frontend areas for Asuene's products *Please indicate your preferred position when applying.

Specific Duties

Backend Development

• Feature implementation, adding test code, review, verification, release, and all aspects necessary for product development
• Operational tasks such as handling inquiries, specification confirmation, and troubleshooting
• Collaborating with product managers and designers for specification discussions

Frontend Development

• New feature development/existing feature improvement
• System reliability improvement including monitoring tasks
• Specification discussions in collaboration with product managers and designers

About the Development Team

• Kanban operation using Notion
• Small-scale, high-frequency releases based on Agile philosophy
• Weekly retrospectives

• Programming language: TypeScript

Requirements

Essential Skills

• Experience in developing and operating APIs or web applications using TypeScript or any programming language
• Experience in data model design and operation with RDBMS or NoSQL
• Experience in developing complex applications considering performance and security

Preferred Skills

• Experience in system operation on cloud infrastructure services such as AWS, Azure, GCP
• System development using container technologies like Docker
• Experience as a tech lead or technical decision-maker

• Engineers who can immerse themselves in technical challenges such as new system development, modification, operation, and business automation with ownership
