Job Overview

Main responsibilities:

  • Planning and designing strategies for onboarding (from introduction to retention)
  • Collecting customer feedback on products and providing internal feedback for product development
  • Establishing customer success processes and implementing efficiency improvement measures

Position highlights:

  • Opportunity to be a founding member of the customer success organization for a startup's second pillar service, with an eye on going public

Requirements

Essential skills:

  • At least 2 years of customer success experience in IT or B2B SaaS companies, OR
  • 3+ years of experience building long-term relationships with enterprise companies through existing sales

Preferred skills:

  • Experience as a system implementation consultant or IT consultant in an IT company
  • Work experience in sustainability, CSR procurement, or ESG in general
  • English proficiency (ability to read English materials comfortably)
  • Strong interest in sustainability and ESG
