Main responsibilities:

• As a consultant, define clients' ESG initiatives, support ESG disclosure, and assist in defining and improving ESG risks across the entire supply chain
• Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to support service orders and implementation

Position appeal:

• This is a founding member position for the consulting organization of the second pillar service of a startup aiming for an IPO

Requirements

Essential Skills: At least one of the following experiences:

• 2+ years of experience working in a consulting firm
• 2+ years of experience in IT or B2B SaaS companies
• 2+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or project management in a business company

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sustainability or ESG-related work
• Experience in responding to and improving scores for external ESG evaluations (FTSE/MSCI/Ecovadis, etc.)
• Experience in creating and disclosing integrated reports on sustainability and ESG
• Experience in CSR procurement or sustainable procurement
• English proficiency (comfortable reading English materials)
• Strong interest in sustainability and ESG

• Eager to absorb and output new knowledge and information
