What You'll Do

• Support the delivery of contracted services to customers.
• Review discovery sessions to ensure understanding of business needs and requirements; clarify uncertainties as needed.
• Replicate standardized solution designs that achieve outcomes within the Workiva Platform.
• Interact with our valued customers, contributing to the delivery of standardized solutions.
• Develop knowledge of financial, risk, or operational reporting using the Workiva platform, with a commitment to ongoing training.
• Embrace the dynamic balance of working collaboratively under guidance while seizing opportunities to shine independently when the moment calls for it.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
• 2 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions and their related technology platforms.
• Proficiency in general technology and software within the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications.
• Familiarity with complex spreadsheet formulas or SQL is preferred.
• Ability to present topics clearly and succinctly.
• Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under the direction of others, receive mentoring, and collaborate with peers.
• Fluency in an additional Asian language is a plus, as it can enhance communication with clients based in those regions.

Travel Requirements and Working Conditions

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests.
• Reliable internet access for any period of remote work, as we embrace flexible work arrangements.
