Associate III, EHS Planning

Position Summary

1. Establish strategies and goals to prioritize environmental protection and the safety of employees and customers.
2. Establish accident prevention process and strengthen safety management to create safe work environment for all employees.
3. Remove risk of regulation violation by observing domestic/overseas regulations and monitoring regulation and revision status of the regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [ planning] Assist to establish strategies/goals, plan and conduct meetings, identify issue, and manage records.

2. [ system management] Assist to prevent risks through the establishment/operation of system and the continuous monitoring.

3. [ training] Support to establish training plans for each field and provide theoretical/experience training to improve capability of managers.

4. [ audit] Support to check and improve compliance of affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors with regulations by conducting a regular audit.

Skills and Qualifications

• A skilled or highly-skilled specialist that completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways

• May contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as well as complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways

• Works on assignments, including complex assignments, requiring considerable judgement and initiative

• May determine methods and procedures on new assignments

• May mentor or coach team members

• Typically requires a minimum 5 years of experience since TB1
