If so, then this Associate Ecologist position is for you! We’re looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our dynamic team and be part of an AI-powered platform that uses remote sensing, spatial data, and agentic AI to transform ecological monitoring and management.
How you'll make an impact:

What we're looking for:
-
Master’s or equivalent degree in Ecology, Forestry, Environmental Science, Botany, Zoology, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on habitat enhancement, , or remote sensing.
-
Tech-oriented mindset — curiosity and comfort working with AI-assisted tools, rule-based flows, or logic-building interfaces to support automation in ecological workflows.
-
Prior experience in applying geospatial analysis to ecological mapping or conservation projects is highly desirable.
-
Understanding of habitat mapping, LULC classification, and analysis using remote sensing data, ideally focused on UK/EU ecosystems.
-
Hands-on with GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar) and comfortable working with large geospatial datasets.
-
Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
-
Excellent communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
-
0 to 2 years of total work experience.
