We are specialists in consulting missions in industrial sectors, from carrying out HSE audits, implementing environmental management systems, to conducting soil and groundwater studies. ERM France, which currently has 180 employees spread between Paris, Lyon, and Aix en Provence, is experiencing strong growth. We are recruiting for our team an Associate Consultant in Corporate Sustainability.

Missions:

• Facilitate the implementation of projects related to CSRD, CDP, deforestation, and ESG strategy to support our clients.
• Develop your skills and expertise to improve ERM's consulting capacity on CSRD and, more broadly, on corporate sustainability issues.
• Build an internal, cross-functional, and multidisciplinary network, and actively contribute to knowledge management and sharing of learnings.
• Deliver high-quality work to meet and exceed internal client expectations, strengthen interactions with clients, and actively participate in client engagement activities (proposal support, deliverable presentation).
• Bring innovative ideas, perspectives, and knowledge to help evolve our services in support of our mission.
• Other missions may include support for climate change-related topics, such as GHG accounting, decarbonization, climate risks, support for ESG due diligence, etc.

Profile:

• You have completed higher education in top engineering schools, business schools, political science, or university.
• You have initial experience in corporate sustainability (ESG strategy, ESG reporting, regulatory compliance, etc.) and have conducted missions related to current regulations such as CSRD or the EU Deforestation Regulation.
• You have a strong interest in sustainability and climate issues in general and wish to further develop your technical and commercial capabilities in this field.
• You enjoy teamwork.
• You are interested in digital solutions dedicated to ESG topics and have experience with some market players.
• You can technically support consultants on corporate sustainability projects and be in direct contact with clients for project delivery and initial business development.
• You are fluent in French and English.
