Join OCBC Hong Kong’s Brand and Communications Team in a dynamic role that brings together internal communications and Corporate Social Responsibility (). You will play a key role in strengthening organisational alignment with the Bank’s strategic priorities and driving meaningful and community initiatives. This is an opportunity for a hands-on communicator who is passionate about storytelling, , and creating positive impact – both within the Bank and in the wider community.
What you will be doing:

Executive internal communications initiatives to reinforce alignment with the Bank’s values and strategic priorities
-
Develop, curate, and manage internal communications content across multiple channels, including newsletters, emails, and intranet platforms
-
Partner with different divisions to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication of key business initiatives

Plan and deliver internal events and engagement activities to foster a connected and informed workplace culture
-
Support the implementation of the Bank’s and strategy in Hong Kong, aligned with Group direction

Assist in the planning and execution of programmes, community initiatives, and employee volunteer activities, including liaison with NGO and community partners

Create compelling content to promote and initiatives across internal and external channels, enhancing brand reputation and
What we are looking for:
-
At least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, , or , preferably within financial services or large organisations
-
Solid understanding of , community investment, and practices
-
Proven track record in content development, storytelling, and integrated communications planning
-
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and seniority levels
-
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong project management and execution capabilities
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)
