What would you do? To manage the administrative workflow of G99 applications, ensuring documentation, communication, and tracking of distributed generation connection requests.
What are we looking for? • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration • Experience with technical documentation systems or project tracking tools. • Experience working with utility companies or developers • Understanding of grid connection processes.
Roles and Responsibilities: Application Management • Receive and register G99 application submissions. • Verify completeness of submitted documents. Documentation Control Maintain and track: • Application forms • Technical documentation • Study reports • Commissioning certificates. Stakeholder Coordination Act as the point of contact between: • Generation developers • Engineering teams • Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) • Internal departments. Process Tracking • Track progress of applications from submission ? assessment ? offer ? commissioning. • Maintain project timelines and status updates. Data & Reporting • Update internal databases and connection portals. • Generate status reports for management. Required Skills • Strong documentation and coordination skills • Familiarity with engineering documentation • Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
