Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and develop products based on prototyping using machine learning technology and generative AI.
• Lead cross-departmental utilization of generative AI to improve internal productivity.
• Keep up with and share technical information on generative AI within the company.
• Develop frameworks and components for building generative AI applications.
• Develop and operate integrations between third-party generative AI products and Asuene products.
• Develop new services and improve foundations through prototyping and hypothesis testing.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• 2+ years of web application development experience
• Strong interest and basic understanding of the latest generative AI stack (LLM, RAG, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in prompt creation for open-source and closed-source LLMs
• Knowledge of latest machine learning research, especially related to LLMs and prompt engineering
• Experience in building metrics to evaluate LLMs for various tasks
• AI-related degree (Bachelor's or higher) or equivalent work experience
• Development experience using LLMs (GPT-3, GPT-4, etc.)

• Engineer who can immerse themselves in technical challenges and take ownership
